Macrosoft’s Contract Management
service is being used by telecom hosting business, managing the
initial agreement with a new client.
This service is design to streamline the entire contract management,
tracking the process from request initiation, hardware (servers),
security (physical security), software to installed, person to
assigned and any special arrangements. All requirements are documented
in the technical order form (TOF). Once the TOF is in complete
simultaneous workflow is launched allowing reviews to be completed
and pricing applied. The conclusion of the workflow is an approved
custom contract ready for execution.
Using webservices and legacy file
transfers this system interacts directly with other systems throughout
the company ensure complete concurrence and removing duplication
of data entry.
