LISTEN – The annual CallMiner users conference

Do you know what really happened during that conversation?

LISTEN – The annual CallMiner users conference #LISTEN2019, and intelligence from customer interactions event brought together over 400 people from around the country to learn about effective use of this powerful suite of software systems. Of particular interest was The keynote presentation delivered by Jeff Gallino, CTO, Founder and pioneer of the speech analytics industry.

Summarizing an hour presentation to one sentence I would say CallMiner provides the most honest feedback, as  the software observes the conversation letting everyone know what really happened during the conversation.

CallMiner is a software platform, or toolbox, having four key characteristics.

  • Open: a collection of APIs for others to easily interact with.
  • Participative: everybody within the ecosystem agrees to share and work together.
  • Eco-system centric: built from the ground up with a far reaching ecosystem in mind.
  • Networked:  allowing for effective collaboration.

The CallMiner software platform is part of a larger distributed technology ecosystem where no one thing is the most important   it is the sum of each of the collective parts that deliver the total value to the customer employees and company.
