Macrosoft Maintains ISO 9001 Certification

Macrosoft is pleased to announce that we have completed our annual audit and have once again maintained ISO 9001 certification.

The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001 is the gold-standard focused on quality management systems and performance. This certification validates Macrosoft’s ability to meet or exceed the quality expectations and requirements of our customers.

Congratulations to the Macrosoft Quality Management Systems Team which is led by Director, Imran Salahuddin; Quality Lead, Venkat Rajaram; and Quality Administrator, Albina Asani.

Beyond simply maintaining certification, Macrosoft has been cited as having Best Practices for both Document Control / Risk Management and for Sales & Marketing Implementation. ISO Examiner, Tony Aleman noted that he awards a best practice less than 5% of the time and Macrosoft has received two, so, this is a major achievement by our quality first organization.
