Employees Makes Charitable Donation to Support
Humanitarian Crisis in Haiti
Parsippany, NJ Macrosoft,
a leading-edge software design and development
organization, thanks all Macrosoft family members
for generously contributing to help the people
affected by the earthquake in Haiti.
Helping those in need comes naturally to the
Macrosoft family. In the past donations have been
collected and matched for other international
tragedies. During January, Macrosoft employees
were provided the opportunity to direct a portion
of their salary to help those in need. The Macrosoft
Leadership Team then matched the donation. Due
to the generosity of the individuals, a total
of $3500 was collected. These funds have been
directed to the Clinton Bush Haiti Fund. This
organization was selected as their mission is
to raise funds for immediate, high-impact relief
and long-term recovery efforts to help those who
are most in need of assistance. Specifically the
fund will respond to unmet needs in Haiti, foster
economic opportunity, improve the quality of life
over the long term for those affected, and assist
the people of Haiti as they rebuild their lives
and “build back better.”
“We are deeply saddened by the devastation
in Haiti,” said Dr. Edward Sable, President
of Macrosoft “We believe that the Clinton
Bush Haiti Fund will put our contributions to
work to help those impacted by the overwhelming
disaster.”
