Role Description:

Key Responsibilities

Design and produce high-quality marketing collateral, including social media graphics, digital ad banners, infographics, e-books, whitepapers, and sales presentations.
Collaborate with the content marketing team to translate complex ideas into simple, compelling visual narratives

UI/UX Design
Design and prototype high-fidelity, conversion-optimized landing pages and microsites for our marketing campaigns and product launches using Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools.

Analyze and improve the user journey on our marketing website, focusing on optimizing user flows for lead generation and event registration.
Create wireframes and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas to stakeholders and developers.

Utilize modern AI video creation tools to efficiently produce and scale video assets, including content with AI avatars and synthetic voice-overs.

Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in a multimedia, graphic design, or marketing design role within a B2B or tech environment.

Technical Skills:

Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite
High proficiency in modern UI/UX design and prototyping tools, with a strong preference for Figma.
Demonstrable experience with AI video generation tools.
Proficiency in video editing software.
Marketing Acumen: A solid understanding of digital marketing principles, including content marketing, social media, and conversion rate optimization.

We are seeking a highly creative and self-motivated Multimedia Marketing Specialist to join our fully remote marketing team. This is a hybrid role for a design “unicorn” who is part Graphic Designer, part UI/UX Designer, and part Video Creator.
