Macrosoft is seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Services Sales Hunter to join our growing team. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by promoting our staff augmentation services and enterprise software development solutions. In this role, you will use your strong networking skills to develop and maintain relationships with new clients.

 

Qualifications:

  • A sales hunter responsible for identifying and closing new clients’ opportunities.
  • Proven measurable experience in IT services sales. Specifically in staff augmentation and/or enterprise software development.
  • Deep contacts with existing clients where introductions can be made.
  • Ability to travel to meet with prospective clients and attend industry events.
  • Leveraging AI sales and the latest technological trends.
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive for results.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree Computer Science, or a related field preferred
  • Local candidates in New Jersey are preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively prospect and identify potential new clients in the IT services industry.
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, including contract terms and pricing agreements.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT services market, with a focus on staff augmentation services and/or enterprise software development.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to develop comprehensive proposals and sales presentations.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Stay updated on the latest technological advancements and industry trends to effectively position our services in the market.
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to develop marketing collateral and campaigns to support sales efforts.
