Role Description:

Macrosoft Inc. is seeking a highly skilled SEO/SEM Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven individual with a deep understanding of search engine algorithms, optimization techniques, and paid advertising strategies. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing our online visibility, driving targeted traffic, and generating qualified leads.

Responsibilities:

SEO

  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Optimize on-page elements, including title tags, meta descriptions, header tags, and content.
  • Build high-quality backlinks to improve domain authority and search engine rankings.
  • Implement technical SEO best practices to enhance website structure, speed, and mobile friendliness.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates.
  • Collaborate with content and marketing teams to develop SEO-optimized content.

SEM

  • Develop and execute effective PPC campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.).
  • Manage bid strategies, ad copy, and landing pages to optimize campaign performance.
  • Track and analyze campaign metrics to measure ROI and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Utilize conversion tracking and attribution modeling to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay up to date with PPC trends and best practices.

Skills Required:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SEO and SEM.
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
  • Proficiency in SEO and SEM tools and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
  • Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
  • Google Analytics Individual Qualification (IQ) certification (preferred).
  • Google Ads Certification (preferred).

Must-Have Experience:

  • Proven track record of improving website rankings and organic traffic.
  • Experience conducting comprehensive keyword research and competitor analysis.
  • Expertise in on-page and technical SEO optimization.
  • Strong understanding of link building strategies.
  • Experience managing PPC campaigns and achieving desired KPIs.

Good-to-Have Experience:

  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
