She has over two decades of experience across various industries, including Health Care, Finance, and Technology. She specializes in fast-paced implementation including setting up a large-scale Dev/testing practice to achieve optimum quality standards per business specifications, agreed timelines, and effective cost. She has track record of maintaining robust client relationships. She enjoys mentoring fresh hands and brings a cohesive team approach to overall project delivery.

  She holds a Master’s in Public administration at the University of Madras and GNIIT in System Management, The Academic council of NIIT. In her spare time she does research in the field of Internet of Things (IoT), exploring new areas in wearables and hearables. Additionally, she helps college graduates choose IoT tools and approaches that are suited for their IoT projects and she aids them in gaining a fundamental understanding of IoT technology.

  Malini lives in Boston MA. She enjoys Pebble art and volunteering for social nonprofit organizations in her leisure time.
