Sana Sheikh

Sana Sheikh, having  8 years of professional experience, plays  a vital role in smooth running of HR functions at Macrosoft Pakistan. As HR Manager, Sana handles HR Management such as developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands or other issues, passionate about bringing up the best talent across the globe. She also manages, preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating. Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed.  Apart from that, she also caters client communication and event organisation within Macrosoft Pakistan.

In acknowledgement of her efforts, she was awarded with top performer in 2013.  Sana holds a Master's degree from University of the Punjab, Lahore with majors in Human Resource Management.
