Macrosoft Achieves ISO 9001 Recertification

Macrosoft is pleased to announce that we have completed a two-day quality audit and has once again achieved ISO 9001/2015 certification.

The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001:2015 is the gold-standard focused on quality management systems and performance. This certification validates Macrosoft’s ability to meet or exceed the quality expectations and requirements of our customers.

Congratulations to the Macrosoft Quality Management Systems Team which is led by Director Imran Salahuddin; Quality Lead Venkat Rajaram; Quality Consultant Ceasar Delgado; Quality Administrator, Albina Asani and Sales Account Manager Joe Rafanelli.

Beyond simply renewing certification, Macrosoft has been cited as having Best Practices for both Document Control and for Sales & Marketing Implementation. ISO Examiner, Tony Aleman noted that he awards a best practice less than 5% of the time and Macrosoft has received two, so, this is a major achievement by our quality first organization.
