Quadient inspire providing four tracks to success

As a Services Delivery Partner Macrosoft actively participated at the Quadient Inspire annual conference held in San Antonio, Texas. This excellent educational and networking program followed four separate tracks. The 400+ attendees from 23 different countries had the opportunity to choose from the 50 unique sessions across four tracks.

  • New to Inspire
  • Inspire Deep Dive
  • Moving into A Customer Experience (CX) World
  • Boosting Transformation and Migration

The first track New to Inspire attracted people from organizations with 20 years of experience and those who are just starting to think about their journey. There were sessions focused on accelerating ROI, Simplifying Complexity, and Gaining Inspire Knowledge.

Inspire Deep Dive was extremely well attended. Users wanted to know what is new in Release 14 (R14). The track included Functional Demos, Tips & Tricks, Digital Delivery Tracking and Archive. The key was getting more value from the system that used every day.

Track three, Moving into a CX World, centered on how to put the customer first. It was obvious to put customers first, the company must also put the employees first. Case studies and discussions focused on the customer journey empowering clients and harnessing data trash to treasure.

The final track, Boosting Transformation & Migration, proved retro is simply not cool when thinking about Customer Communication Management (CCM). Companies are looking for a Transformation of communications not simply a migration of the old. The Business Case for transformation was discussed in detail with the realization that ROI has become larger because both costs are down and customer experience benefits or up. The use of Scaler in Transformation brings multiple channels together.

Participating at this informative annual conference was greatly beneficial to both Macrosoft and to our clients. We look forward to continued learning and networking at all Quadient events.

XML Parser Tool for Automating DOC1 to Quadient Inspire/GMC Conversion Process

The XML Parser Tool automates the data migration part of our DOC1 to Quadient Inspire/GMC conversion process. This tool converts the text file inputs that go into the DOC1 application into its equivalent XML inputs required by the Quadient Inspire/GMC application.
