Staff Augmentation

Macrosoft’s Staff Augmentation services are designed to add extra talent to your team on an on-demand basis. This allows businesses to immediately find the right fit for hard-to-fill or temporary positions, which boosts the scalability and efficiency of project development.

Our Staff augmentation is a type of outsourcing service from an external provider used on a contractual basis to complement the knowledge and skills of the existing in-house team. This strategy consists of determining existing staff capabilities and defining what skills are needed.

The basic process flow of our recruitment process is shown in the chart directly below. In each of these 8 steps our recruiters follow well defined best practices.

Staff Augmentation

Requisition Request is received –

This is the first step Macrosoft follow and under this process our requisition is a formal request for obtaining a service, typically initiated by a business. The requisition process typically requires the use of standardized documents, known as requisition forms, to maintain an audit trail along the way, although today most of these are electronic forms.

Sourcing Candidates –

Our candidate sourcing is the process of identifying top talent that matches the required skills, education, and interests for the open jobs in your company or your client’s company. Candidate Sourcing seeks both active and passive candidates and attempts to recruit them for the role you need.

We regularly source the candidates via given ways:

  • Sourcing candidates through a recruiting database
  • Sourcing candidates through social media
  • Sourcing candidates through online job postings
  • Sourcing candidates via referrals
  • Sourcing candidates from within the organization

Develop candidate profile, Submit to Employer –

Macrosoft has a history of developing candidate’s profile. With increasing pressure to match the perfect candidate with the perfect role, our recruiters always seem to be faced with several challenges, such as hiring better, faster, and in a bias-free manner.

After all the above hard work, below are the steps to develop an ideal candidate’s profile:

  • Define the job content and duties
  • Consider company culture and vision
  • Learn from your top performers
  • Define key hard and soft skills
  • Find ways to connect with candidates
  • Bring your candidate profile to life
  • Keep the candidate profile in mind throughout the recruitment process.

After developing and covering all the above points of the candidate profiles, we submit to the respected Employer.

Feedback from Manager –

Macrosoft’s Manager start off with a positive observation, then talk about what needs to change or be improved. Finally, finish up with another positive or a helpful suggestion. Give suggestions, but don’t make it sound like they’re telling them how to do their job.

They are very keen to provide the constructive feedback.

Schedule Interviews –

Macrosoft schedule Interviews after the Manager’s feedback.

Macrosoft arrange multiple interviews with the same candidate as one calendar event. Instead of scheduling every part of the interview as a new calendar event, split the same interview into different parts. Assign different attendees to each part and they will receive an invite only for the parts that include them.

Offer Extended –

It means the job is yours. Could be before or after an offer is made but after accepting the job it’s a confirmation that your position is active for you nobody else.

How Macrosoft Extend an Offer –

  • Clearly state that we are extending an offer.
  • Convey our excitement about the prospect of them joining.
  • Give them specific, positive feedback from the process.
  • Ask them how they are feeling.
  • Be aware of other decision-makers.

Background Checks –

Our background check will investigate a candidate’s background based on criteria determined by their prospective or current employer. A check of a candidate’s background may include employment, education, criminal records, credit history, motor vehicle and license record checks.

Our most common background checks consist of criminal history, education, previous employment verifications, and reference checks.

Project Start –

After finishing all the previous steps, our project starts according to the client or business demands. All the hired candidates are now ready for the project they hired for.

Now the staff augmentation process completed.

Staff augmentation enables the organization to keep control of the project by selecting a team, deciding on team leaders, and others, and delegating the work according to deliverables.
